Today is 2010 already!
Super not used to it as i have been indicating the date on the WWS card and i kept writing 01/10/10 instead.
Too confusing alreadyy..
Very crowded day indeed, no, should be these days due to the end of year!
Last day of the year, was thinking to go home and have a good rest but oh well, went supper with mum and dad and i really enjoyed it!
Nothing much was said or discussed, just some short simple talks and the moments we shared together for the countdown.
Sounds funny and boring right?
But who cares? I like!
Somehow, the thought of going town and squeezed with the people, really make my head spin.
Some supper sessions will be just good enough. :)
What's next?

I don think i did say any 'happy new year' to any customers today although it is one.
Throughout the whole day, i realised the service standard for OGM dropped.
Not mainly because we are sick of serving the same old nasty people or repeating the same old promotion every single min,
prolly* shit, am gng be evil again *, because of whom we work with and the motiviations needed!
I don think i need to rub on as all we know is that, SHE, isnt making our lives any better.
YY's emails always write, 'Leaders/SICs, motivate your staffs and make them cheong for you! positive make positive.'
tell me how when like she isn't likeable?
oh well, only when yuki and Jimmy are there, den prolly i will work harder. haha!
Like what i've mentioned, what really make me feel like our services are jin jia lat is, the aunties who work in the Mr Bean @ Chin grdn MRT!
It's not the first time i am so impressed with their service and attitude, apparently every single time i go, they will always be so nice and approachable.
Sometimes, after a day's work, o don even talk to the other staffs in OG although we work in the same building, but these aunties make me feel like chatting with them. As in, strike a longer conversation while waiting for my 3in1 rice balls which need 3mins.
Just went and they actually said 'happy new year' to me.
This makes me recap, did i say that to any customers today?
I even have the cheek to tell my parents that i did not eve say to any and they laughed.
Who says elderlys cant work especially in service line?
Youngsters like us, easily get angry and du lan, easily throw thantrums and prolly, easily just give an unwillingly face,
but elderlys, they will not. They have this very positive mindset and think,'neh mind lah.'
People who work with elderlys should know what i meant.
Lian Jie is the best example.
She will try her best to help the customers in every needs, as in, what they really want to get, what benefits them the most etc.
Don doubt, she can easily just make a min bulk and the customers are usually, men or in families.
I rmb she will always help customers whenever she can and she always said,' must have an open mindset..anyway, so old liao, nothing to complain anymore. can do then do lor, try our best.'
Suddenly, i miss her so much!
Anyway, back to the topic, people will think that youngsters can work faster and more efficiently but, they can actually make mistakes easier and they can just hack care and do it w.o any second thoughts.
Elderlys on the other hand, as they have more experiences in life, they will think of what will happened next and this actually outstand how harsh youngsters can be.
I almost forgot, i myself is actually under the youngsters service provider cateogry. hahah!
Full tmr, and i think i got to cheong my WBS already.
